Echoes with its
location, this neighbourhood facility for the elderly situated at an
urban island is taking on a religious theme with marine elements.
Some simple shapes in the sea are made into abstracted features to
lucidly highlight the nodes of the interior space. To encourage
cognitive stimulation of the elderly, these features acting as cues
are aimed to providing the visitor opportunities to discern, to
ponder and contemplate those religious tales or to recollect the
unique memories of his/her own.
